Facebook: Thanks for the Memories
Generally, I hate facebook :P But, somebody did this to me on Facebook, so I went and did it to everybody else, and the result was actually quite nice:
Leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you can remember! Don't send a message, leave a comment on here. Next, re-post this in your notes and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty cool (and funny) to see the responses. Re-post as "memories." Kinda fun...and certainly fits with the spirit of the season and remembering.
giving my beautiful cousin a hug on her wonderful wedding day!!!!
S. Connell
The name "Ron Paul" instantly comes to mind. :)
I remember going to visit you in CO for the first time and seeing those beautiful mountians and Garden of the Gods. That was a really fun trip. I also remember when you came to see me and I was still at my parents and we made candles and breakfast and had an antiboys party!
I remember the numerous times when you were a bridesmaid in those little korny weddings we had at your house....I still have those pics.
Casey
Dancing in a line with you and Adrian's romanian family at your wedding'd reception! :] And whenever we came to your house last and we got to see your beautiful garden.
Recently I got to watch a video of you, sinigng, and Tommy, on sax. Wow you guys have grown up! Not little kids anymore! We were so impressed with both of you! You and Tommy are very talented! Keep up the good work and best wishes all your dreams for 2009 come true.
O wow...memories of Jennifer Giles????? Where do I start?
I think every hair-brained, crazy scheme I was involved in when I was a little kid had Jennifer's master planning behind it ;-)
Selling cardboard birdhouses made of cereal boxes, wiritng love-notes to my brothers, fishing for paper fish, telling guys 20 years our senior we had crushes on them, week-long monopoly games, King Markie and Queen Rachel, Big Splash and the dangerous "13 ride", Parent Trap monologues, corny magic shows in the park, convincing me that the plastic beads we found in you backyard were pirate rubies (and I believed you!), Rogers and Hammerstein musicals, Camping....and of course, who could ever forget....The Kookabora Sisters!!! I am Bora!!!
Oh wow, that was fun. Thank you for all the great memories Jennifer! You made my wonderful childhood that much more wonderful! You're the best. NEVER change ;-)
Love,
Bora

I remember how beautiful you looked in your wedding dress (and always!) I remember how much Adrian talked about you, maybe I knew you more from that than personally :)
