From a web conversation my sister had with a friend of hers (names changed to protect the unaware):
hey! you can't just SKIP TOWN! Linda is going to China and so is Velma, Justin is in Alabama, Laurie is gone somewhere, Andy has been ignoring our group since he found the love of his life, Renee is insanely busy with film stuff, Denise is ALWAYS on the river, and Dillion is working on his car 24/7! and now YOU! I think it's really time I took the hint that everyone is trying to get away from me... :)
Friend: no no... i am not trying to get away from you... if you want to hang out tonight... we still can... it just wont be able to be till 11
My Sister: well that's still a bummer, considering my last day of working @ evil walmart starts @ an insanely early hour tomorrow... :(
so I heard from a little bird that you went on a cruise (darn you) and then somebody said you went to Texas. what was that all about? was that a postponed trip from when you ditched me and Linda outside of oceans 13? :p
Friend: umm yes????
My Sister: um yes? lol, does that mean you're guessing at that answer? ooo, I think you really ditched us because you wanted to be the one who started the trend that has now become very popular thanks to you! avoiding ME! :(
Friend: mooo whooo hwa hwa hwa
My Sister: that noise you're making (I do assume it's a noise?) is most distressing. in my state of un-popularity it does not help matters. :'(
Friend: its an affectionate sound
My Sister: rofl. I seriously hope you are joking. I really can't imagine someone who would want to be mooo-whooed at... lol, except you of course. and I'm still trying to make out just what that sound would actually sound like. it looses something in translation...
Friend: pronounce it exactly as it is spelled
My Sister: rofl, my brother just walked in and told me I sounded like a cow giving birth.
Heehee... I will never think of the phrase "have a cow" in quite the same light, ever, EVER, again!
