Anyway, my hellebores still haven't bloomed. I don't think they will now :( Perhaps next year? But, these are the things I've had bloom since my April 1st post. In about a month, the garden will REALLY come alive when the columbines start to bloom! I also have various kinds of lettuce, spinach, radishes and sugar snap peas sprouting. I think I will wait until average last frost (May 15th) to buy tomato and zucchini plants. If by May 5th the 10-day weather forcast looks fairly friendly, I may risk it and buy early.
...because I have to write, because I don't want to forget what I have to say (which I may likely never say otherwise), and because it really is therapeutic in a sense. I didn't mean it in the sense of a homeless person's cardboard sign, though that is an interesting thought...

May Day!
